Willow Park Salon and Spa

We recommend making spa treatment appointments 1 to 2 weeks in advance to ensure the desired time. Call (403) 271-0771 to make your appointment. If this is your first visit, please arrive 20 minutes in advance to prepare for your experience.

Must be 18 years of age or older, otherwise accompanied by an adult, in order to receive spa treatments.

Please turn off all cellular phones and electronic devices so not to distract others and yourself from the full spa experience.

Robes, sandals, and towels will be provided. For spa services, no special clothing is needed, as professional draping techniques are practiced. For Vichy shower services, a bathing suit can be worn if desired, but not necessary. Lockers will be provided for your personal belongings along with a key, which you will return at the end of your stay. If the locker is not used, Willow Park Salon and Spa will not be responsible for any lost or stolen goods.

For bridal parties, graduations or any celebration as a group, we offer consultations and trail runs which should be booked in advance to ensure your special day goes as planned so you look and feel your best.

If it is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes in advance to prepare for your experience.  Minors must be accompanied by an adult for any spa services.  Spa services over $150 receive a complimentary blow dry at the end of treatment. Please inform the receptionist if you wish to have this service to ensure a stylist will be available.

A 50% deposit is required for all special occasion and spa bookings. This service fee will be charged for bookings not cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled appointment and 100% service fee for no shows.  As spa services can take staff half a day or more, this ensures their commission and kindly leaves the spot available for others.
